At SwiftApps LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality app development services that meet or exceed client expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Custom App Development Projects

Because each project is customized to the client’s specific needs, refunds are not generally provided once the project has started.
However, a partial refund may be considered if:

  • The project has not yet begun development.

  • The cancellation request is made within 3 days of initial payment.

Once design or coding work has started, no refunds will be issued.


2. Service Fees

All consultation, strategy, or discovery session fees are non-refundable, as these services involve immediate time and expertise investment from our team.


3. Maintenance and Subscription Services

For recurring maintenance or subscription-based plans, you may cancel future renewals at any time.
Refunds for unused time will not be issued after the start of a billing cycle.


4. Project Cancellation by SwiftApps LLC

If SwiftApps LLC is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
